Change Management & Business Analyst Roles

Eligibility: Candidates must have their own visa or applicable eligibility to work in the UAE (i.e., freelance visa, golden visa, sponsor NOC).

Note: These roles are freelance, full-time positions for the duration of the project. Candidates must be able to commit exclusively to the project for the full 3-month period.

About the Opportunity

Faze 3 Consulting is delivering a structured change management program for a leading organization in the UAE, supporting the adoption of a new digital applications platform. To ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation, we are looking to bring on board two (2) Change Management Consultants and one (1) Change Business Analyst for a 3-month freelance engagement in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This initiative focuses on stakeholder engagement, training, governance, and process optimization to support effective change adoption and long-term sustainability.

Roles Available

1. Change Management Consultant (2 positions)

The Change Management Consultants will play a critical role in executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in change management, organizational transformation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities.

  • Develop change readiness assessments and implement change adoption strategies.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with platform adoption.

  • Assist in implementing governance models and performance measurement frameworks.

  • Provide structured reports and insights on change progress and impact.

Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational change.

  • Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model, Lean Change).

  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills.

  • Familiarity with business processes and digital transformation projects.

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.

2. Change Business Analyst (1 position)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering insights, assessing change management maturity, and supporting process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making and strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and data analysis to assess change impact.

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Map workflows and document governance structures.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics for change adoption tracking.

  • Support communication and engagement strategies by providing data-driven insights.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or change management projects.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Experience conducting stakeholder engagement, surveys, and impact assessments.

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and business transformation projects.

  • Business analysis or process improvement certifications are a plus.
