About the Role

Faze 3 Consulting is seeking an experienced IT PMO Lead for an exciting assignment with one of our prominent clients in Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic role where you will establish and lead the IT Project Management Office, driving best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery assurance across a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives.

You’ll play a central role in shaping project delivery and digital transformation across areas such as infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and next-gen applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and embed PMO frameworks, standards, templates, and governance processes.

• Provide oversight and assurance across the full lifecycle of IT projects and programs.

• Track delivery performance, project risks, and portfolio KPIs through real-time dashboards.

• Engage with stakeholders to align projects with business goals and digital priorities.

• Define success metrics including business value realization and ROI.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in IT project/program delivery, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership capacity.

• Strong experience across IT domains: infrastructure, digital transformation, cybersecurity, software delivery, etc.

• Proven ability to establish or mature a PMO function.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification required; Agile/Scrum credentials desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional Requirements

• Must hold a valid UAE freelance visa, golden visa, or sponsored visa with NOC (mandatory).

• Must be available to start end of July or early August 2025.
