The Challenge
A global venture capital firm required an expert witness partner to conduct due diligence on acquiring three contact centers in Southern Turkey. This region had attracted both central and local government investment, necessitating a thorough investigation and a comprehensive four-year cost plan to secure that investment.
Our Solution
The task was more complex than initially anticipated, as each of the three centers had been developed independently, requiring a tailored merger and acquisition model for each. Upon reviewing the software and hardware, we found that some licenses had expired, and outdated, unsupported versions were in use, prompting a detailed assessment of the current infrastructure.
We implemented new processes, including vendor management and relations, to ensure first-time issue resolution and comprehensive support packages. Additionally, staff contracts for approximately 4,500 seats were reviewed. We developed detailed, costed roadmaps to streamline the merger of the three centers and optimize operations.
The Result
We delivered fully costed, RAG-rated roadmaps outlining the necessary changes before and after the acquisition. Additionally, we identified new revenue streams from existing client partnerships.
